Delivery and payment
We deliver orders to most countries in the world (except for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus).
Delivery
• The order is placed after full payment of its cost.
• After placing the order, we prepare the package for shipment - it usually takes 1-3 business days if the product is in stock.
• The delivery cost is paid by the recipient according to the carrier's tariffs.
• The cost and delivery time depend on the recipient's country, the selected carrier, as well as the weight and volume of the order.
Customs duties and taxes are determined by the rules of the recipient's country and are paid by the recipient upon delivery, if applicable.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence these amounts or possible delays at customs - but we will always help resolve the situation to the best of our ability.
Payment
You can pay for your order in several convenient ways:
• Bank card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• If you place an order via Instagram, payment can be made by bank transfer - using IBAN details to the official account of the individual entrepreneur.
