Returns and Exchanges
We make sure that every Pahomi San item brings pleasure from the purchase.
If for any reason the product does not fit, you can exchange or return it - just write to us on Instagram or to the email address specified on the website, and our managers will help you with this.
Return/exchange terms
In order for us to be able to exchange or return the product, the following conditions must be met:
• Return or exchange of the product is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• The product must be in its original condition: without signs of wear, contain all tags, packaging and branded elements.
• To process a return, please contact us via Instagram or by email specified on the website.
• After agreeing on the details, our managers will provide a shipping address.
• The cost of shipping when returning or exchanging goods is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we process and inspect the item, the funds will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. This usually takes up to 3-5 business days.
